Personal Training

We offer Personal Training (PFT) as a service to assist members in achieving their fitness goals. When you register with CHPAC, our fitness staff will provide you with an introductory orientation and fitness program design.

Personal Fitness Training provides program structure, education, instruction, and motivation to the member. The Personal Trainer will tailor a program for you based upon your individual needs and goals, as well as any physical limitations. Each scheduled session between the member and the trainer focuses on the member understanding the program and the trainer providing feedback and direction. The trainer will continually evaluate the member's performance and make necessary changes to maximize the results for an effective fitness program.

The program is composed of a warm-up, comprehensive strength workout, abdominal session, and stretching period. Programs for sport specific training and for specialized goals can be created.
